What is Sen Itta?

Sen Itta begins one thumb width left of the navel and ends at the inside corner of the left eyebrow.

Sen Itta is the first of ten Sen in the Sen Sib, consisting of one major and four minor lines. Sen Itta mirrors Sen Pingkhala, which follows identical lines on the right side of the body.

Linked to the Earth Element, Sen Itta is commonly associated with the treatment or relief of ailments such as headaches, sinusitis, back and neck pain, and sciatic nerve discomfort. The organs connected to Sen Itta include the nose, kidneys, and urinary tract system.
