Our courses emphasize hands-on training and practical experience. In addition to working with the instructor and other students, you can practice your new skills on Sirius Health client volunteers on the fourth training day.

This course will begin daily with Thai Yoga (Reusi Dat Ton) or Qigong. You will then spend one day learning a specific application of Thai massage and the next day visiting locations including a senior’s home, school, street market and professional sports club. You will also receive private hands-on tutoring from the instructor for more accurate movements and techniques.

Course content during the first week will include introducing Dynamic Thai techniques and learning about the causation and diagnosis of unbalanced elements. We will also examine how to create a meditation state and study the application of the four Brahmaviharas in Thai massage.

Course content during the second week will include an introduction to abdominal work and how to use Thai massage to work with unbalanced elements. And we will examine the art of sensing and intuition and study the relationship between the Noble Eightfold Path and Five Precepts and Thai massage ethics.

By the end of the course, you will have improved your therapeutic Thai massage skills, practiced client-practitioner relationships and developed essential business practices.
