The primary focus of this course will be to teach you Thai massage acupressure points and stretches in the Supine position. You will learn stretches, acupressure points, and proper use of body weight using thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet. The course will also teach you efficient transitions between each of these techniques. The supine massage sequence begins with the feet and ends with the head.

Our courses emphasize hands-on training and practical experience. In addition to working with the instructor and other students, you will have the opportunity to practice your new skills on Sirius Health client volunteers on the fourth day of training.
This course will begin each day with Thai Yoga (Reusi Dat Ton). Course content will progress along four streams of study: Professional, Theoretical, Practical and Ethical.
